Dr. Caroline M. Diller
Welcome to Cumberland Valley Chiropractic & Wellness. My name is Caroline M. Diller; I grew up just a few minutes south of Carlisle in Orrstown, a rural community of Shippensburg. I graduated from Chambersburg High School in 1998. I then chose to continue my education at Penn State. I enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program knowing that I wanted to help people but wasn't too keen on the idea of being a nurse. I graduated from the program in 2000 with an Associate Degree in Science.
While the job market for Physical Therapy was quite saturated, the job trail was difficult. I decided to look into Chiropractic because 1) I was a chiropractic patient since the age of 13 and 2)The philosophy that the body is self healing and regulating given the right care and environment was exactly how I felt. I did not like to take medicine and of all my years of being a chiropractic patient I was never sick enough to need medicine; that I directly contributed to the care I was receiving from my chiropractor. I wanted to contribute to people's lives not their deaths.
In October, 2001 I moved to Davenport, IA and began my journey to becoming a chiropractor. When I finished my Bachelors Degree in July, 2002 I started Palmer College. I graduated from Palmer in October 2005. After graduation, I worked 2 years with another Doctor out of Chambersburg. I left his practice wanting more and having the enthusiasm and confidence that helping people lead full, healthy lifestyles was where I needed to be. March, 2008 I officially opened the doors. So please no need to knock; just come on in because here you will be greeted with a smiling face and immediately become part of our family.
